Our 1 bed apartment in Effra Court, a quiet Victorian period apartment block moments away from Brixton Underground Station is on the ground floor with easy access to the gorgeous outdoor space. It comes fully equipped with fresh linen and towels for up to 4 guests, dining area and full working kitchen. All our apartments have flat screen HD TV’s and free WiFi and washing machines as standard.

Please note that all reservations require a refundable security deposit of £400 on request. 

The apartment is situated a short walk from the heart of Brixton. Brixton embraces its unapologetically unpolished reputation. Evolving from a site of controversy and struggle during the 1990’s, Brixton has steadily increased its appeal without losing much of its cosmopolitan make-up. The neighbourhood replaces Britain’s acclaimed architecture and posh boutiques with homespun culture and more than a bit of crass. Invitingly alternative, the neighbourhood’s energy emanates from the shops along Electric Avenue to the art galleries, local markets, and pop-up restaurants in Brixton Village Market.

Guests will have access to to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay – including use of the communal reading garden to the rear of the property.
