Did You Know?

Harrow-on-the-Hill marks the place where King Charles I stopped to see London for the last time as he was due to surrender to the Scottish army. A plaque has been placed in his honour as well as a spring known as ‘King Charles’ Well’.

Transport Links 

Harrow-on-the-Hill station provides access to the Metropolitan line and the Chiltern railways ‘London to Aylesbury’ line. The Metropolitan line allowing commuters to travel to inner London with ease but there are also bus services running. There’s a Chiltern Railways train connecting Harrow to Marylebone in only 16 minutes. You can also venture onto the cycle routes close by.
